Zach has supported new partnerships, growth, and operations since 2019 helping scale the organization from 25 to 80+ offices and 250+ providers.  Prior to CPF, Zach was a Principal at Information Resources Inc. (IRI), where he was responsible for Retail Partnerships and Strategy, and a Director of Corporate Strategy and Development. He holds a B.A. from Northwestern University in Economics.

Andrew Sipes is Marquee’s operations team Swiss army knife. He has deep experience leading IT functions, process automation, revenue cycle and data analytics teams. He has successfully helped lead two prior private-equity backed organizations to successful recapitalizations. Originally from Chicago, Andrew received his B.A., and graduated Summa Cum Laude from, the University of Illinois at Chicago. He also holds an Illinois Real Estate Brokers’ License. In his personal time, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and children visiting national parks, riding bikes and woodworking.

With over 20 years of professional human resources experience, Patricia Platt, Vice President Human Resources, provides specialized counsel and support to leaders and employees alike. Along with a strong business acumen, her comprehensive background in HR management, retention, compensation, policy interpretation, training, and communication cultivates strong and trusting relationships with her colleagues and supports the achievement of an organizations strategic and operational goals.

Wes Fort has spent the majority of his career within the healthcare finance sector in a myriad of capacities including roles in Financial Reporting, FP&A and M&A Finance. He has assisted in the closure of several large healthcare transactions including the merger of two publicly held healthcare companies with a combined market cap of over $10 billion. Wes graduated Summa Cum Laude from Middle Tennessee State University with a major in Accounting and holds his CPA certification with the state of Tennessee.

Wes lives with his wife, Tara, and two children, Ainsley and Cam, in Springfield, TN. Outside of Marquee, Wes serves as Treasurer for his local youth athletic association of which his children are active participants. He spends his spare time coaching his kids’ athletic teams, playing golf and spending time outdoors.

In his role as VP of Business Development Carter is dedicated to finding the next great partner to bring into the Marquee family. Often the first impression a doctor may have of Marquee, his primary initiative is to support the company in its acquisition and growth objectives with oversight of integration and onboarding. He believes honesty and integrity are paramount in any great business relationship. Prior to Marquee Carter spent the last fifteen years fine-tuning his expertise in forming healthcare partnerships. Carter has worked at Covenant Physician Partners, CRH Medical Corporation, and AMSURG partnering with and supporting doctors in each role. His broad deal experience includes dental, ophthalmology, anesthesia, gastroenterology, orthopedics, as well as ambulatory surgical center and pathology partnerships. Carter holds a B.S. in International Business from Pepperdine University. When he’s not on the road meeting doctors Carter is spending time with his wife, 2 beautiful children, and German Shepherd, Buddy. He enjoys traveling, supporting all local Nashville sports teams, and a great rye bourbon.
