Nashville, TN – January 12, 2015 – Marquee Dental Partners, a rapidly growing dental support organization, today announced the completion of its third acquisition. Marquee Dental has entered into an affiliation agreement with Winfree and Denton Cosmetic and General Dentistry, a multi-specialty dental practice located in Hermitage, Tennessee, just outside of Nashville. By providing dentists with both the support and the clinical autonomy they need to succeed, Marquee enables them to focus their attention on providing the best oral healthcare services possible.

“Acquiring the business end of the Winfree and Denton practice through this affiliation marks Marquee Dental’s second major acquisition in the Nashville area and further expands the company’s footprint in the Mid-South,” said Usdan. “We now have significant operations in the Nashville market, including the acquisition of a seven-office Nashville dental practice that Marquee completed in the fourth quarter of 2015.”

From the patient perspective, the transition will be seamless. Marquee Dental, which places heavy emphasis on dentists’ clinical autonomy, will leave in-place Winfree and Denton’s practice and staff. Dr. Terry Winfree, DDS, and Dr. Greg Denton, DDS, will continue to remain actively involved in the practice.

Marquee Dental will affiliate with dental offices and practice groups in growth markets with a history of providing high quality care, initially focusing in the Mid-South on markets including Tennessee, Kentucky and Alabama.
